EQWin Software Inc. provides its customers with an excellent annually renewable software maintenance and technical support plan for all its licensed EQWin products.

This annually renewable service includes:

  • Software upgrades, enhancements and patches (bug fixes):
    Subscribers automatically receive all available updates and upgrades for their licensed software.
    Registered customers receive an automatic email to notify them about any downloads from our website.
  • Technical support:
    GemTeck provides software support through our helpful and experienced staff and members of our development team.
    Contact our support group and they will be pleased to answer your questions promptly.

Hours of operation:

  • Technical support is primarily available through our Vancouver office.
  • Our normal business hours of operation are:
    8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
    Monday through Friday excluding statutory holidays.
  • We always make every effort to respond to emergency customer support.
